Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in getting your order out for shipment, we will contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Once the package has been sent we cannot be responsible for nor influence transit times.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Return & Refund

If you receive damaged goods or your order was lost during shipping, please contact orders[at]houseofsmallwonder[dot]de. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim.
